Well established printing equipment company in the Northeast is seeking a Technical Service Manager. Responsible for leading a team of field service technicians focusing on repair, rebuilding, and troubleshooting digital printing equipment. Inkjet experience preferred. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years’ experience team leadership, handling P&L, creating and maintaining KPI's, parts management, and working with a variety of software and hardware platforms. Up to 25% travel. Must have supervised/managed at least 5 direct reports. Excellent compensation and benefits package. All information kept in strict confidence.
