Arnold Kahn, a respected authority on staffing issues for the graphic arts, has owned and managed printing and prepress companies for over 25 years.
After selling his printing business in 1994, Arnold formed PrintLink to successfully help candidates and hiring managers find each other. His articles frequently appear in various graphic arts trade journals, and he has been a guest speaker and panelist at a number of conferences sponsored by PIA, DPI, and NAQP. He holds a BS Degree in Business Administration/Journalism from Ohio University.
Donna Monaco
Sr. Recruiting Manager
Donna Monaco oversees the growing client staffing requirements related to document solutions workflow, including operations managers for the completion of print-on-demand, fulfillment, data conversion and other production assignments. Prior to joining PrintLink, Donna honed her expertise as Manager of the Document Solutions Division of Ironwood Lithographers in Tempe, Arizona. Her hands-on experience has been invaluable in qualifying supervisors who can maximize productivity of equipment and develop performance-improving strategies.
She holds a BS Degree in Industrial Technology/Graphic Communications from Arizona State University.
Dino Scalia
Senior Vice President
Dino Scalia has spent over 30 years in the Printing Industry. He has lead cross functional teams in sales, business development, and account management in the enterprise print marketplace serving the Fortune 500. He has held senior leadership roles with multiple Companies in the Taylor Portfolio and most recently at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions. Dino has also managed large multi-location offset, digital printing, die-stamping, and flexographic operations with a proven track record in leadership, talent acquisition, and operational excellence. He has a proven history of applying an unwavering focus on his objectives and on delivering results.
Mike Isaacs
Recruiting Coordinator
Michael Isaacs has spent over 30 years in the Printing and Packaging industry focused primarily in the flexographic and gravure printing processes. He was a Pre-Press Manager and directed production teams through mechanical assembly and final production. He has been a Customer Service Team Leader and has consulted on flexible packaging in full service mechanical production processes including design, mechanical art creation and, final separations. Michael attended San Francisco State University in Industrial Art: Design and Production and University of Buffalo (Center for Industrial Effectiveness) Lean Enterprise and Soft Skills Training. Mike has a particular expertise in shrink labels and sleeves, pressure sensitive labels, folding and corrugated cartons.
