Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the recruiting team, email, social media updates, website postings, data entry to maintain the database to reflect current work status and information, purchasing office supplies, filing, and answering phones. This individual should have worked in a Printing or Packaging environment and have strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be PC computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Access or other databases. Attention to detail a must. College degree or minimum of 5 years' experience, a plus.
