Well established specialty printer is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Southern Ontario facility. The ideal candidate will have experience initiating orders and following projects through to completion while insuring that the client?s quality and timing expectations are met. This position requires extensive customer interaction so strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as knowledge of offset/litho printing, digital print, and large format inkjet are a must. Qualified candidates will have experience handling multiple component projects working closely with clients, sales reps, and internal production staff. Competitive compensation and benefits package.
