Direct Mail company located in the Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for managing and overseeing the production of job orders through the entire process. This includes quality control as well as sustaining and developing customer relationships. Responsibilities include creating job tickets in electronic management system as well as working with purchasing in ordering raw materials, scheduling outside services and working with department managers to schedule and track projects. Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a web or sheetfed printing company, or minimum 2 years experience in direct mail plus a 4 yr degree in print management preferred.
