Direct Mail company located in the Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the production of job orders through the entire process
• Ensure the quality control as well as sustaining and developing customer relationships
• Create job tickets in electronic management system as well as working with purchasing in ordering raw materials
• Schedule outside services and working with department managers to schedule and track projects
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a web or sheetfed printing company, or minimum 2 years experience in direct mail plus a 4 yr degree in print management preferred.
