Multi-national digital printing equipment manufacturer is seeking a Client Services Manager. Responsibilities include leading/managing a team of remote Customer Service Reps, ownership of post-sales activities such as client management, mediation, and business growth. This position requires consultative, customer solutions experience in how to produce digital printing in the most effective manner and will interface with clients, sales, internal teams, and logistics for coordination purposes. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) a must. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred along with 10 years' experience. This is a home office based travel position.
