Direct Mail Account Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Full service direct mail printing company is seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Portland, OR location. This team-oriented, fast-paced company specializes in both electronic billing and digitally printed and mailed statements. Excellent salary, benefits package, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
• Be the customers point of contact within the company
• Develop long term relationships with new and existing clients
• Recommendation of new products and services to current customers
• Work as a team with sales and internal departments to offer best in class client service
• Attend local and regional tradeshows

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years print and mail experience
• Strong communication (both verbal & written) skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of current USPS regulations / specifications for the direct mail industry
• Experience working with financial, healthcare, insurance, or utility marketplaces preferred
• A proven track record in effective negotiating skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Technical knowledge of digital printing, statement processing, statement mailing, direct marketing, and presorting
