• Prospect and generate leads for new business development
• Develop and execute plans to grow business
• Achieve personal monthly and annual sales goals.
• Actively engage in sales calls and in-person meetings with existing customers and call on prospective customers in order to drive success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and prospects by understanding their needs and providing expertise in the development of customer business solutions.
• Consultative solution sales of best in class print and web-based, marketing solutions
• At least 2 years of experience selling Digital Print and Marketing Solutions in market
• Knowledge of offset and digital printing projects from inception to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter with the ability and discipline to work from a home office and travel as needed
• Strong Account Management and relationship building skills
• A strong bias for action and activity coupled with the ability to gain and maintain trust
