Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider and distributor, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (hybrid position).   • Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 plus commission.
  • Comprehensive benefits package


This hybrid position is based in Illinois. Travel within the region may be required to meet with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry. 
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique packaging needs. 
  • Consult with clients to provide tailored packaging solutions, focusing on cost savings, efficiency, and innovation. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Your Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years of complex B2B solution sales experience.
  • Proven experience closing new business as a Sales Hunter or in a similar role, preferably in Packaging sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
