Currently looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing manufacturing financial team. Available to provide a range of business accounting functions such as Costing, Financial Analysis, and Budget Planning.

Scope of role:

Generate internal reporting packages for the management team as well as presentations for the entire business.
Financial monthly reporting, profit & loss, balance sheet, monthly closing, reconciliations, and analysis of related accounts.
Product pricing decisions, monitor inventory manufacturing metrics each month to generate efficiencies and cost savings
Assist the finance team with budget generation as well as annual planning, working with budget holders on opportunities for improvements.
Assist with updating the company’s forecast each month working with the finance team in sales reconciliations and correct any variances.


Diploma/Degree in finance or accounting
Experience using ADP, QuickBooks or QuickBooks Enterprise, MS Word and Excel
Experience with costing and internal/external audits
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
