Our client, a leading producer of marketing direct mail in New Jersey, seeks a Customer Service Representative. This is an opportunity with a company that provides clients with the latest technology and postal expertise to optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to gather requirements for direct mail campaigns.
  • Address client requests in a timely fashion.
  • Work with other departments to ensure control over job materials and proper production.
  • Track and escalate issues to address and close them, meeting the clients' satisfaction.
  • Generate reports, invoices and resolve billing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Understanding of paper, digital and conventional printing methods, lettershop operations and print production workflow.
