Our client, a leading bindery and packaging company in Baltimore, is seeking Customer Service Rep. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a quality product that meets the customer’s expectations and delivery schedule. In this role, you will manage all communications with the customer during the production process.


  • Communicate with Customers, Sales, Estimators, and other internal departments
  • Provide pricing to customers and receive new purchase orders from customers 
  • Data entry into ERP system
  • Requisition proper materials for specific job requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • An experience in printing, packaging, bookbinding, or similar industries
Job Type: Full-time, in-person, M – F 8am to 5pm, office in Baltimore MD.
