Our client, an established commercial printing company in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Press Operator (onsite). This is not a junior-level position. We are looking for someone who understands digital print production, can manage jobs confidently through a Fiery Command WorkStation.
This position offers excellent compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a steady day-shift schedule of either 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor multiple digital presses
- Review print-ready PDFs and identify potential production issues
- Produce personalized and variable-data print accurately
- Monitor color consistency, registration, image quality, and finishing
- Perform routine machine care, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain quality and productivity while managing multiple jobs
- Follow production schedules and complete work within required deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong digital press operating experience in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with Fiery Command WorkStation
- Good working knowledge of PDFs and print-ready files
- Understanding of personalization and variable-data printing
- Strong knowledge of color quality and digital print standards
- Ability to perform routine press maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Experience operating Ricoh or Canon digital presses is preferred; training on the specific equipment will be provided
