Growing digital printing company is seeking an accomplished Customer Service Manager. To be successful, you must embrace a passion and commitment for working with customers and leading, managing, and coaching a team to become trusted advisors who are the lead point of customer contact within a fast-paced print and mail facility. Excellent salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package.
** Must be willing to relocate outside of the Seattle area.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage all aspects of the customer service department
  • Hire, lead, and mentor CSR's and Account Managers 
  • Develop employees by setting performance objectives, coaching, training and completing annual performance reviews
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the department to achieve maximum productivity
  • Attend production and project meetings on and off-site
  • Build and grow business relationships with key clients
  • Work hand in hand with other department managers to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within a printing facility
  • A proven track record of supervising a 5+ person client focused team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong client services skills working with all levels of a customer's organization from C-Level down
  • Ability to mentor and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Postal Regulations and Direct mail digital printing
  • Experienced with using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Apps
  • Ability to relocate to Portland (this is not a remote position)
