Our client in the Greater Vancouver area (BC, Canada), is a progressive organization that understands the value of sustainable, eco-friendly print services and solutions. They seek a Director of Customer Experience (Sales/Marketing) to join their talented and passionate team. This role is instrumental in building a company vision where people, equipment, and processes serve customers and save the environment. 

Salary: $90k-$120k CAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual sales strategy to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Contribute to the development of product ideas, pricing, and placement strategies.
  • Recruitment and development of Project Coordinators and Account Managers, including training, performance assessment, and coaching.
  • Play a supporting role in the preparation and presentation of contracts and tenders
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in the print industry (digital/offset).
  • 4+ years experience managing a sales team or proven B2B sales experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and industry contacts with a knowledge of the GVRD market.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, team building, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Experience working with C-suite; strong executive presence and ability to build a brand. 
  • Positive attitude and competitive energy with an entrepreneurial spirit.
