Multi-national digital printing equipment manufacturer is seeking an accomplished Client Success Manager in Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth area. This individual will be part of a closely knit client services team and work hand in hand with clients, sales, service and logistics to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow long term client relationships
- Coordinate with clients, sales, internal teams, service, and logistics
- Dotted line responsibility for internal teams, field service and logistics
- Manage and oversee projects through the entire process
- Understand clients’ needs and exceed their expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in managing client satisfaction and projects within the printing industry
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Possess a high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Broad knowledge of the printing industry
- Self-motivated and be able to work with a team and independently
- Ability to work remotely and travel 60-70%
- Live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
