Nationally known printing company is seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Project Manager for Metro Atlanta area. This individual will be part of a closely knit client services team and work hand in hand with inside production, outside vendors, established customers and the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.   • Maintain and grow long term client relationships
  • Interact with clients, sales, internal production departments, and outside print vendors
  • Managing and overseeing projects through the entire production process 
  • Ensure on time delivery and high quality 
  • Schedule outside services and working with department managers to schedule and track projects
  • Understand clients’ needs and exceed their expectations


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years' experience in managing client satisfaction and projects within the printing industry
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Possess a high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Broad knowledge of the printing industry including wide format, commercial, and direct mail
  • Self-motivated and be able to work with a team and independently
  • Ability to commute to Northeast Atlanta (this is not a remote position)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and print management software – Pace experience a plus
