Our client, a global leader in print-on demand, seeks an experienced Plant Manager for their Atlanta facility. A forward-thinking company, headquartered in Seattle, WA, focused on helping businesses around the world connect with their customers. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all operations ensuring that safety, quality, production, maintenance, and shipping objectives are met.

Base salary starts at $125,000.00 per year (with a potential bonus).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate all operations for the manufacturing plant.
  • Maintain operational schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborates to develop and implement standard best practices and strategic decisions for operational efficiency and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Responsible for building a positive culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Review production costs and efficiencies, implementing necessary changes.
  • Develop and deploy manufacturing practices, plant safety, training procedures to meet OSHA and other required regulations.
  • Oversee staffing, development and training for production supervisors and staff.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary plant teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of plant management, manufacturing, or operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of the production process (digital print on demand preferred).
  • Proficiency in lean thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate production teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
