Growing printing company is seeking an accomplished front-end Production Operations Manager. To be successful, you must embrace a passion and commitment for working with customers and leading, managing, and coaching a team that includes CSR's, Estimators, and Prepress Operators to become trusted advisors and the point of customer contact within a fast-paced printing facility. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the customer service, estimating and prepress departments
  • Hire, lead, and mentor CSR's and Account Managers as well as Estimators and Pre-press Operators
  • Develop employees by setting performance objectives, coaching, training and completing annual performance reviews
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the departments to achieve maximum productivity, quality, and safety
  • Work with clients and the sales team to develop pricing
  • Prepare presentations and attend production and project meetings on and off-site
  • Build and grow business relationships with key clients and vendors
  • Work hand in hand with other department managers and senior management to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a department within a printing facility
  • A proven track record of supervising a 5+ person team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong client services skills working with all levels of a customer's organization from C-Level down
  • Ability to mentor and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced with using Microsoft Office Apps
  • Ability to work on-site in Central New Jersey (this is not a remote position)
