Our client in Colorado is a national eCommerce business that offers excellent customer service and high quality Made in the U.S.A. products. The company values and embraces diversity and transparency and takes ownership of its company's success. 

They currently seek a Senior Director of Operations (hybrid position) responsible for the overall strategy and leadership of the operations department. 

You will be responsible for performance management, core processes, and people development within customer service and manufacturing teams in this role.  

Salary starts at $175,000 per year.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategic initiatives 

  • Provide leadership within customer service and manufacturing

  • Influence, collaborate, and align with other department leaders 

  • Measure and drive quality policies and quality procedures

  • Understand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies

  • Develop and meet the annual department budget (machines, people, materials, etc.) 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in operations leadership with at least 2-3 years of direct manufacturing experience

  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong understanding of operations for an eCommerce business 

  • Skilled at motivating, growing, and developing teams

  • Fluent in OSHA compliance
