Our client, a well-established printing and packaging company based in the Northern New Jersey/New York metro area, is looking for an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to oversee the production and operational aspects of the folding carton segment. This position requires regular, onsite presence – excellent compensation and benefits.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the folding carton production line, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet both company and client standards.
  • Supervise and support production staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies. 

 
Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive lithographic, diecutting and folder/ gluer finishing background in folding carton print production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with production machinery and maintenance procedures.
