Our client is an expanding hub for comprehensive graphic communication services. They are currently seeking a company-based Talent Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in recruiting all talent levels for the printing industry and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This hybrid position will require regular visits to the Company’s facility.



  • Craft and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract, identify, and evaluate high-caliber candidates across all levels and departments
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure that there is effective and adequate onboarding for new employees.
  • Track recruitment metrics and present progress reports to management.
  • Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and regulations.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration Industry experience will be considered in this category.
  • Proven experience in finding, assessing, and hiring talent in the industry.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of print industry experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the printing industry and the specific roles required for operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, driven to achieve ambitious recruitment goals.


Salary: $85,000 -$95,000 per year
