Growing technology driven printing company is seeking an accomplished California based Sales Professional to work remotely. Reporting to the VP of Sales of the company, and part of the outside sales team you will be responsible for achieving annual sales goals for a multi-site manufacturer in the direct mail, direct marketing, secure communications printing industry. This account executive will be responsible for new business development within the Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Legal and Government marketplaces. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outside sales and new business development of critical communications printing
- Meet sales quotas and revenue expectations
- Develop and manage sales territory forecasts, activity reports and pipeline activity documentation
- Identify business within targeted markets for existing and new innovative products and services
- Collaborate with C-level management, colleagues, team members, and production facilities to secure business and attain sales goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of sales experience of highly regulated/compliant printing
- Hunter mindset with a proven track record in program sales and contract negotiation
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a thorough understanding of data security & technology, SLA's, direct mail, direct marketing, and digital printing
- A strong background in printing for Medical/Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Legal or Government
- Ability to identify competitive capabilities to develop plans that improve market share and identify new opportunities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely from a California home office
