Meet The Team

Arnie Kahn formed PrintLink in 1994. Having owned Printing and Prepress Companies for many years, Arnie recognized a need for a Professional Recruiting firm where consultative recruiting services were not being provided by individuals with actual hands-on experience in our industry who understood the technology and workflow. PrintLink filled that void and Arnie has written articles for trade publications and has been a guest speaker at trade shows throughout his career. Arnie enjoys helping candidates and hiring managers find the right fit. An industry leader for decades, Arnie recognizes that human capital is what drives a successful business. When not working, he and his wife spend time with their family in Rhode Island and New York and enjoy reading, hiking, cooking and international travel. Arnie graduated from Ohio University with a Degree in Business and Journalism.

Donna Monaco is the Senior Vice President, Recruiting Manager at PrintLink. The premier boutique recruitment agency for the Printing and Packaging industry. A graduate of Arizona State University, prior to joining PrintLink Donna was the Manager of the Document Solutions Division of Ironwood Litho where she used her expertise to maximize productivity and develop performance-improving strategies. She is an avid gardener, amateur nature photographer, and the President of the local chapter of Zonta, an international group that empowers women and advocates for equality, education, and an end to child marriage and gender-based violence.

Magdalena Piekos is the engine behind the scenes at PrintLink, serving the brand as Business Administration and Operations Manager. Since 2019, she has worn multiple hats, driving operations and overseeing all aspects of administration, managing vendors, enabling sales, leading marketing and social media efforts, and spearheading strategic initiatives. From streamlining internal systems to strengthening client relationships, Magda seamlessly bridges strategy and execution. She’s generating ideas, solving problems, and keeping the team aligned. Curious and resourceful by nature, she thrives on learning, building relationships, and keeping things moving. Beyond the office, Magda is a passionate advocate for meaningful causes, especially women’s empowerment and disability rights, and recharges by immersing herself in new cultures, perspectives, and experiences.
