Our client is a brand fulfillment company specializing in creative services, custom ordering portals, eCommerce, branding, and more. They seek a skilled and dynamic Production Manager to lead their Sign Fabrication and installation teams. This role requires an experienced leader with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to managing daily operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting team development.
Location: Utah (onsite)
Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year
What you will do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the fabrication and installation departments, ensuring workflow, output, and quality metrics are met.
- Train and develop team members, fostering a positive, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Assign tasks, monitor production, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Manage schedules, workflows, and production records, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
What we are looking for:
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in sign fabrication and/or graphics installation.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding of production processes, including materials, equipment, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
