Our client in New York City is a dynamic graphic design and printing company offering a full range of digital and print marketing communication services. They seek a results-driven Account Manager (second shift, 2:00 pm-10:00 pm).
Salary: $70,000.00 – $100,000
Location: NYC (onsite)
What you will do (key responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Retain and grow our account base by delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Sell our core products and additional marketing services, providing tailored solutions for client success
- Close sales and ensure seamless follow-up and customer service on projects
What we are looking for (essential qualifications):
- Solid account/project management experience with a focus on customer relationship management in marketing and printing solutions
- Ability to handle and resolve competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Solution-based sales experience is preferred, and a background in purchasing or specifying print projects is a plus.
