Our client is a nationwide leader in premium printing and packaging with multiple production facilities, advanced technology, and a strong focus on sustainability. They are seeking an energetic and driven Account Executive with a true hunter mentality. This role is focused on driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening customer relationships across Ohio.
Location: Hybrid role, Northeast Ohio (covering Ohio Territory)
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 plus commission.
What You Will Do:
- Drive new business development and expand relationships with existing customers in commercial printing and packaging.
- Identify opportunities for growth through detailed customer profiling and market research.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships via proactive communication, plant tours, press approvals, and regular visits.
- Partner with estimating, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing requests.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial printing (packaging experience preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability, including quotes, commissions, and pricing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
