Our client, a stable, established, and extremely well-resourced printing company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to sell high-end direct mail and Point of Sale (POS) in the Consumer Goods, Financial, Retail, and Pharma industries. This is a great position for an industry professional who is struggling with providing their clients a competitive solution based on their current firm’s capabilities.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell transactional and programmatic work that fits our client’s production capabilities.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with customer service, account managers, and other departments.
  • Meet, and ultimately exceed, agreed-upon sales targets.


Qualifications include:


  • Ten years of work experience as a sales executive with active clients in the printing industry.
  • A verifiable track record of closing and then maintaining at least a $2MM/yr. book of profitable business

· A curious and consultative mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time.


OTE (On Target Earnings):


  • Based on transferable relationships and a clear line of sight to activation, the first six months will garner monthly, non-recoverable draws between $7500 and $11,000 a month. There will also be a variable component based on short-term sales growth. As your closed sales increase this model will move to an uncapped “Commission Only” compensation model.
