Our client, a well-established folding carton manufacturer, is seeking Account Manager / Project Manager with experience in packaging or print manufacturing to manage client accounts from order to delivery. You’ll serve as the key link between customers and production, ensuring projects run smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.

Location: Massachusetts (onsite)

Salary: ~$70,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client projects from quoting through delivery.
  • Communicate with clients, sales, and production teams to ensure on-time, accurate execution.
  • Track timelines, coordinate approvals, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continued partnership.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in packaging, preferably in the folding carton industry.
  • Solid understanding of production workflows, materials, and finishing.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Advantzware or similar ERP systems is required.
