Our client is a well-established national Print and Packaging Distributor dedicated to delivering comprehensive print solutions customized to meet a wide range of customer needs. They seek an experienced Customer Service Representative at their Green Bay, WI location. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing relationships and delivering outstanding service to a diverse customer base.

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do:

  • Manage communication and relationships with customers, including direct interaction with end-users.
  • Obtain pricing, lead times, specifications, and art files from suppliers for printed products, labels, apparel, and promotional items.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with communication, quoting, order entry, and customer support.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking orders, pricing, and customer information.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the printed products, labels, apparel, and promotional items.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
