Our client, a leading Midwest-based manufacturer of custom folding carton packaging, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the healthcare and nutraceutical sectors. If you’re a hunter with proven folding carton sales experience and a passion for building strong client relationships, this could be your next big move.
Location: Midwest, USA (Remote with travel)
Compensation: $100–120K base + commission
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business within the healthcare and nutraceutical packaging markets
- Sell folding carton solutions for pharmaceuticals, supplements, and wellness products
- Identify, target, and close new opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Leverage your network and industry knowledge to build a profitable book of business
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay informed on packaging trends, innovations, and regulatory standards
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience selling folding cartons into healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical sectors
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong drive to build and expand territory
- An existing book of business is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of materials, converting processes, and regulatory needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
