Our client, a leading full service print provider, is seeking an experienced Lead Press Operator for its New England facility. This role is ideal for a lead press operator with experience running Goss M-2000 heatset web offset presses in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.

Schedule: Night Shift | Wed–Sat | 7 PM–7 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate and lead production on high-speed web offset presses
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot press and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Lead and support press crews during production runs
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift
Qualifications
- 4+ years of printing experience required
- Required experience operating Goss M-2000 heatset web offset presses
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
