Our Atlanta-based client, a trusted company dedicated to enhancing the value of customer communication, is currently seeking a Mail Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead the Mail/Distribution Services department, ensuring efficient mail workflow, accurate transaction handling, and adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise three shifts (75 staff) to optimize workflow and service levels.
  • Monitor and coordinate daily mail and scanning processes, meeting quality and productivity goals.
  • Manage the team, including training, performance reviews, and decision-making.
  • Address client inquiries, escalate critical issues, and collaborate with support departments.
  • Review and enhance operational procedures.
  • Oversee equipment utilization and special projects.
  • Coordinate mail delivery with USPS and other locations.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the mail industry or related field, with two years in a management role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000
