Our client, a forward-thinking and innovative marketing and print company in Michigan, seeks an experienced Mailing Production Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the operation of the facility's inserting and sorting line, including staff supervision, production scheduling, quality control, compliance, and other aspects. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor production to achieve maximum productivity and quality.
- Hire, lead, mentor, coach, and train team members within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mailing production, along with 5+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Knowledge of USPS regulations and BCC Mail Manager
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year
