Our client, an established full-service commercial printing company in the Philadelphia metro area, is seeking an experienced Print Production Planner. The company serves a diverse customer base and offers offset sheetfed, digital, large-format, direct mail, bindery, and finishing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects from initial specifications through print production, finishing, mailing, and billing.
- Coordinate requirements among Sales, Estimating, Production, Purchasing, customers, and outside vendors.
- Determine the most efficient equipment and workflow based on volume, timing, quality, and cost.
- Work with Estimating to identify cost-effective production options.
- Partner with Production to develop realistic schedules and meet customer commitments.
- Plan and manage job components, including materials, finishing, outside services, and direct mail requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in print production planning, estimating, customer service, or a related commercial printing role.
- Strong understanding of the complete print production process.
- Experience coordinating outside vendors and purchased manufacturing services.
- Ability to evaluate specifications and make sound production decisions.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and changing deadlines.
- Experience with EFI Monarch or a comparable Print MIS system preferred.
- High school diploma required; printing or graphic communications training is a plus.
