Growing company is seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Project Manager / Print Production Specialist for Northern NJ. This individual will be part of a closely knit client services team and work hand in hand with outside vendors procuring promo and printed items, established customers and the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow long term client relationships
- Interact with clients, sales, outside print vendors, and fulfillment/warehouse team
- Managing and overseeing projects through the entire production process
- Ensure on time delivery and high quality
- Schedule outside services and track projects
- Understand clients’ needs and exceed their expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years' experience in managing client satisfaction and projects within the Promotional Items / Printing Industry
- Experience print buying and print procurement
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Possess a high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Broad knowledge of the printing industry. Advertising specialties, branded products and promotional item knowledge preferred (ASI, PPAI – Promotional Products Association International)
- Self-motivated and be able to work with a team and independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and print management software
- Certification a plus: TAS (Trained Advertising Specialist), CAS (Certified Advertising Specialist)
- Must commute to the Parsippany New Jersey area – this is an on-site position
