Our client, a well-established print and packaging manufacturer in the New Jersey area, is seeking a Print Quality & Compliance Manager.
 
This role leads color quality and consistency across production, working closely with pressroom and prepress teams to maintain G7 and GMI standards and resolve issues on the floor. You will own color quality, compliance, safety, and certification programs across the operation, balancing hands-on production involvement with system leadership.
 
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000, plus a strong benefits package
 
Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead G7 and GMI color standards across production, ensuring consistent, repeatable outputPartner with pressroom and prepress to manage color quality, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Resolve color and print quality issues in real time on the production floorLead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, including audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead EHS and OSHA programs, including safety leadership, incident management, reporting, and training, along with FSC, SFI, and PEFC chain-of-custody compliance

 Qualifications

  • Experience in printing, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of G7 and/or GMI color standards
  • Experience with ISO systems and OSHA compliance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively on the production floor
    Hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving
