Our client is a leading nationally established large-format POP printer celebrated for its state-of-the-art technology and all-encompassing solutions. The company caters to a wide array of retail marketing and offers various services, including digital, screen, dye sublimation, and lithographic printing. They are expanding their sales team and seeking dynamic individuals with a proven track record in “hunter sales” roles. These can be remote positions, primarily focusing on new business development and targeting new accounts and logos.

We seek candidates passionate about selling comprehensive services, including large-format printing, commercial printing, fleet graphics, event signage, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the print industry, targeting potential clients across various sectors.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective companies.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and market trends.

• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.

• Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new accounts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.


• Five years of experience selling in the commercial and large-format printing industry, including digital, screen, dye sublimation, and lithographic printing.

• Proven success in visual communication services, including new account/new logo development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales


• Experience working with large accounts and managing complex sales cycles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000-$125,000 per year plus commission
