Global company is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician skilled in electro-mechanical systems and offset printing equipment. You will be working at a customer site in the Menasha, WI area and occasionally travelling to Chicago, IL and throughout the US. Responsibilities
- Performing electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical troubleshooting, installing, and repairing and maintaining printing equipment
- Work directly on-site with customers and by phone/virtual
- Travel to other customer printing plants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- At least 5 years' experience electrical and electro-mechanical industrial machinery
- Knowledge of offset, digital and inkjet printing presses. Candidates with Heidelberg, Komori, manroland, or Koenig & Bauer/KBA, HP/Hewlett-Packard, Xeikon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Screen, Kodak, Fujifilm, Agfa, or Canon preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (have a valid driver's license and current passport or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong problem solving, testing, repairing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting experience
- Experience training maintenance teams
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be able to commute daily to Neenah Wisconsin
- Heavy Equipment / Tractor / Auto Mechanic experience a plus
