Growing Southern California printing company is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to sell offset, digital, and wide format printing and direct mail. This company will help you shorten your production time, maintain high quality, provide competitive pricing, and exemplary internal support. This is a hybrid position with most of the week worked in a home office. Competitive base plus commission and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic, consultative direct to customer outside sales of offset, digital, and inkjet printing
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify business within targeted markets for existing and new innovative products and services
  • Cultivate new business
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years outside sales experience with a track record of success and strong client relationships in franchise brands, political printing, manufacturers, consultants, NGO's, government, and/or union marketplaces
  • Knowledgeable in offset/digital/wide format/variable data printing, direct mail, POP/POS, promotional items, targeted marketing, folding cartons, labels, kitting, and fulfillment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong new business development, solution sales and relationship building skills
  • Be a self-starter, highly organized, and work independently
  • Have a creative entrepreneurial process driven sales method
  • Live within the Los Angeles CA region with the ability to travel to clients and the printing plants (have a car and valid driver's license)

Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience) + Commission
