Our client, a leading producer of folding carton products, seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager (Virginia, on-site). The ideal candidate is a driven professional with hands-on experience in the folding carton industry focused on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position will oversee a team consisting of one supervisor and ten hourly employees.

Location: Virginia (on-site)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
What you will do:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of processes and products.
- Train and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
What we are looking for:
- 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance management, specifically within the folding carton industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
