Innovative New Jersey printing company is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to sell commercial printing, direct mail, wide format, corporate communications, marketing solutions, promotional items, banners, posters, point of purchase, and labels to schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, nursing facilities, clinics, cannabis, pharmacies, dental offices, wellness spas, nonprofit organizations, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, real estate companies, museums, cosmetic and beauty companies. Competitive base plus commission and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and 401k with company match.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic, consultative direct to customer outside sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Identify business within targeted markets for existing and new innovative products and services
• Cultivate new business
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Submit weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years outside sales experience with a track record of success within the corporate, educational, food service, nonprofit, real estate, cannabis, healthcare, hospitality, or automotive marketplaces
• Knowledgeable in offset, digital and inkjet large format printing as well as promotional products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong new business development, solution sales and relationship building skills
• Be a self-starter, highly organized, and work independently
• Have a creative entrepreneurial sales method
• Live within an hour of central NJ (have a car and valid driver's license)

Base Salary: $60,000 + Commission
