Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business development specializing in high-quality flexible packaging and BOPP-printed products.
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (remote, with travel as needed).
Base salary: $50,000–$80,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission opportunities tied directly to sales performance

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts within consumer goods, pet food, agriculture, and related markets.
- Sell BOPP printed bags and other flexible packaging solutions into mid-sized and large customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of selling BOPP printed bags, flexible packaging, or related industries.
- Existing customer relationships in packaging or strong ability to open new doors.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
