Our client is a family-owned printing and packaging company known for excellence in labels, shrink sleeves, and specialty packaging. They are seeking a Flexo Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in key markets.

This it is a remote opportunity in the US.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 plus commission

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development with a focus on labels and shrink sleeve applications.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts in regulated and premium markets.
  • Partner with internal production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Leverage flexographic press capabilities sell value-added services.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, proposals, and sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry networking events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in flexographic printing sales, ideally with experience in shrink sleeves and labels.
  • Background selling into pharmaceutical, liquor/spirits, or consumer packaged goods markets strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of flexo printing technology and workflows. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prospect, hunt, and close.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
