Our client is a family-owned printing and packaging company known for excellence in labels, shrink sleeves, and specialty packaging. They are seeking a Flexo Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in key markets.
This it is a remote opportunity in the US.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 plus commission

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development with a focus on labels and shrink sleeve applications.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts in regulated and premium markets.
- Partner with internal production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Leverage flexographic press capabilities sell value-added services.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, proposals, and sales strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry networking events.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in flexographic printing sales, ideally with experience in shrink sleeves and labels.
- Background selling into pharmaceutical, liquor/spirits, or consumer packaged goods markets strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of flexo printing technology and workflows.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prospect, hunt, and close.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
