Our client is a forward-thinking provider of innovative print, packaging, and visual communications solutions. They are specialized in delivering high-impact, custom solutions that help brands stand out and connect with their audience. With a strong foundation in print and packaging and a commitment to cutting-edge technology, they are expanding and looking  for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and serve as a strategic partner to clients across industries.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid role)

Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 plus commission 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow a book of business by building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present our clients full range of print, packaging, and visual communication solutions to potential clients
  • Develop custom proposals and pricing based on client needs and project scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, project management, creative) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in print, or packaging
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, from buyers to C-suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
