Our client, a highly respected manufacturer specializing in high-end folding cartons, is seeking an experienced Packaging Sales Professional with a strong background in folding cartons. This is a U.S. remote opportunity for a proven “A” player to leverage a world-class operation and grow a high-value book of business. We are looking for a polished, self-directed sales professional who brings established relationships, a strong track record, and the ability to drive revenue from day one.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business within folding cartons across key verticals (beauty, personal care, healthcare, food & beverage, and consumer products)
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting through quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate closely with internal estimating, structural design, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven success selling folding cartons into consumer brands
- Strong knowledge of offset printing, paperboard, and finishing (coatings, foils, embossing)
- Established client relationships that can drive immediate business
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
