Our client in the western Chicagoland area is a leading printer serving customers across the entire U.S. They seek a driven, experienced Sales Representative with a focus on large-format signage sales to key industries, including Retail, Cosmetics, and Amusement/Gaming. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary-to-commission transition and unlimited opportunities for growth.
Salary: $65,000 plus commission (the position starts with a fixed salary for up to 6 months)
Location: While it’s ideal for the candidate to be based in the Chicagoland area, it’s not a strict requirement.
What you will do (key responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the wide-format print market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as Retail, Cosmetics, and Amusement/Gaming.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle
What we are looking for (essential qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in large-format signage sales
- $1 million in current annual sales with a diversified account base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
