Vice President of Technology & Innovation

A well-established commercial printing company in the metro Atlanta area is hiring a Vice President of Technology & Innovation to lead all aspects of technology strategy and operations. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for IT infrastructure, systems integration, automation, and customer-facing platforms. The focus is on improving performance, increasing automation, and ensuring secure, scalable systems that support business growth. Excellent compensation, full benefits package, and relocation assistance are provided.

Compensation: $150K–$200K base, relocation assistance provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute a tech-forward roadmap to modernize infrastructure, production systems, and customer platforms.
  • Oversee all aspects of IT operations, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure performance.
  • Lead and mentor an internal team spanning development, automation, and infrastructure.
  • Drive integration of ERP/MIS platforms (EFI Pace or similar) with production and eCommerce systems.
  • Play a key role in SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, risk management, and data security.
  • Partner closely with eCommerce leadership to build scalable, secure, and automated storefront solutions.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics—to streamline workflows and drive competitive edge.

Essential Requirements:

  • Have 10+ years in IT leadership roles, particularly in hybrid digital/physical environments (e.g., print, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics).
  • Understand how to align systems and teams to improve customer experience, speed, and quality.
  • Experience managing or closely collaborating with development, automation, and infrastructure teams.
  • Have hands-on experience with ERP/MIS systems (especially EFI Pace or similar), storefronts, automation workflow, and web technologies.
  • Are energized by innovation and emerging tech, and building lasting infrastructure for growth.
