A fast-growing visual communications company in Maryland is seeking a proven Vice President of Signage to lead and scale its full-service signage division. This is a senior operational leadership role for a results-driven executive with deep experience leading signage operations from concept through installation. You will oversee the business end-to-end, with full responsibility for people, processes, profitability, and execution.
Compensation: Competitive six figure base compensation based on experience and excellent benefits.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day signage operations from design through fabrication and installation
- Drive operational efficiency, improve workflows, increase throughput, and grow margins
- Own budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
- Build, mentor, and lead managers and crews to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time
- Partner with sales on major projects while ensuring flawless execution
- Identify issues quickly, solve problems decisively, and keep projects moving
Qualifications
- 10+ years in signage, fabrication, or construction-related environments
- 5+ years in senior leadership
- Demonstrated success improving operations and driving profitability
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Confident, accountable leader who thrives in hands-on, high-growth environments
